Located in the villages of Morogues, Humbligny and Saint Céols,
the 13 hectares vineyard is planted 2/3 with Sauvignon and 1/3 with Pinot Noir.
All the plots are planted with grass between the row to limit erosion and to
encourage soil microbial life. No herbicides are used and the soil is worked
mechanically under the rows.
The estate is in its 2nd year of organic conversion (Certification for the 2022 harvest).
The nose is intense frome the moment it opens, with floral notes (lime blossom), followed by candied citrus fruits an then fresh, spicy touches. The balance of this wine is based on roundness and ftness, with a slightly acidic, salivating sensation on the finish and a long lingering aftertaste.
