- Is my online payment secure?
We use Stripe system wich is a secure payment system with SSL standards, thesafest and most widespread encryption protocol currently in use. Your bank details are directly encrypted and routed between Stripe and your bank without passing trrough our site. We therefore do not store any banking information on our site.
- How do i pay my order ?

These choices are offered to you during the validation of your order according to the payment methods valid for your country of invoicing.

- What are the different delivery methods ?
Deliveries are made free of charge at home for orders over 75€ within a 10 km radius of Cascais.
By a tracked delivery service in partership with Nacex.
In relay points free of charge.
- How do i know if my order has arrived in the relay point?
You will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived.
- Do you delivery outside Portugal?
Yes for Spain and otherwise on request. Please contact us to discuss this.
- What are the delivery times ?
For home delivery (over 75€ of purchase) lthe delivery time is 24 to 48 hours..
For collection from the Maison Bacchus relay point in Alcabideche, the delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. (Excluding Sundays)
For the other relay points:
The relay points are delivered on Tuesday and Friday. Orders must be placed before Monday or Thursday 4 pm for collection the following day.
