Made frome only red grape variety in Alsace, Pinot Noir is ruby red with garnet tints and a fruity nose, developing subtle notes of raspberry and cherry with a hint of spice. the attack in the mouth is frank with a silky presence of tannins and notes of red fruits in the finish.
