Pouilly-Fumé " Les Duchesses"

This Pouilly-Fumé comes from the hillsides of the prestigious wine-growing villages of Saint-Laurent L'Abbaye and Saint-Père. It takes all its authenticity from the sharp flint stones of these hillsides.

Gold in appearance with green highlights, this great Loire wine presents fine and developed aromas of citrus fruits mixed with the scent of flint. On the palate, the clean and light attack gives way to a well-balanced roundness accompanied by a beautiful freshness supported by citrus notes. It pleasantly combines smoothness and freshness.

It is then the aging in bottles which gives Pouilly sas “smoky” aromas.
